Internet Return Policy

You may return merchandise up to 30 days from shipment date. (Holiday returns are 30 days from Christmas Day, starting with purchases after November 1st) All items must be unused and resellable. Resellable is defined as all original tagging attached and in original packaging.

 

For example:

Skateboards must be un-skated and in original plastic packaging. Skateboard completes are non-returnable. Any claim for defective Skateboards will be handled on a case by case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects.

 

Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resell able with all tags attached. If any product has been used, worn or washed, it is non-returnable. The product can not smell of smoke, contain animal or human hair, or have stains.

Shoes must not be worn. In order to insure a refund for returned footwear product, walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit first. If they don't fit, the bottoms won't be dirty and you can send them back. The shoe must be returned in original box with no shipping labels or other items on the shoebox.

Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in like-new condition. They must be returned in original packaging.

Watches must have no scratches and be in like-new condition. It must be returned in original packaging.

Videos, DVD's and CD's must be unopened and in original packaging.

If the product is resellable, you may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. Credit will be issued for the purchase price. And for online purchases, shipping costs will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item. All returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept COD items.

Items purchased online can not be exchanged or returned to a store location because pricing and selection may differ. All returns must be shipped back to 12373 Poway Rd, Poway CA 92064.
